Fivos en Kiel, Grecia

Wonderful! Centrally located, nice rooms, warm, friendly, helpful staff. I could not have been more pleased. They held our bags for the day, helped us rent a car that picked us up right out front, and took us in when our ferry was postponed. Fivos is a 1 star hotel and I would recommend it if you want a cheap place to stay. Rooms are small but ok and cleaning service is perfect, they change towels every day.There is a small fridge in the room. No hairdrier. Breakfast: you can have cereals, milk, weak cofee , tea, jam and so on, plus tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs and olives. It's a very calm hotel, location is very good and is in a safe area.Recommended! good:very clean and comfy room(they clean the room and change the towel everyday)location couldn't be better, close to Plaka, direct metro to Pireaus, cheap pita shop at the corner. bad:shoebox sized room,no lift, room at the back has no window(only window in toilet), room at the front has window but no ventilating hole for toilet.guess what happens after shower. service : keeping luggage 2 euro per day, ferry ticket booking 2 euro per ticket, in case of strike minibus to the port for 5 euro hyunsil, from South Korea ~ 30th Sep 2011

We've liked this hotel. Don't expect luxury since it is one of the cheapest. But the location is perfect and the staff very nice. If you are visiting Athena for 2 or 3 days and you don't want spend too much money in a hotel (which make sense since you will be all day out walking the city) Fivos is an excellent choice DELICIA, from Argentina ~ 17th Sep 2011

Worst ive ever been. The staff was nice but didn't know how to inform about anything (they seemed to be not greek) and they didnt have maps to give. The bathroom looked really bad, the shower had no curtains so after the bath the bathroom gets really wet and smells like humidity the whole time. No one cleaned the room during my stay. Theres no elevators and we stayed at the third floor. The breakfast was simple but ok and teh location was good. But it was not worthy it Ana Maria, from Brazil ~ 24th Aug 2011
