cleans rooms, nice deco but very very noisy at night, little respect for others. Lack of staff to establish rules displayed such noise after midnight anne gwenn, from France ~ 17th Nov 2009

crap security, car was broken into right outside front of door of hostel, when asked desk about cctv, she said, i dont know. kitchen was not big enough or eqiped enough for the number of people using it.walls were paper thin but clean and well maintained kile, from New Zealand ~ 15th Oct 2009

wouldn't ever go there again - I felt like sleeping on the street and in the common room at the same time, the beds were terrible and most of them without a pillow, but at least we were lucky as other guests didn't even have mattresses. the bedroom door didn't close properly, the staff were very unfriendly and there were no shops in the immediate area...you had to walk to the city centre for everything. I wont stay there again Alexander, from Scotland ~ 20th Jan 2009

I had paid the booking fee but they could not even find the booking but they could find all of my details! They did not even apologise! There English was rubbish and it caused me great inconvenience!
Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry for your inconvenience and bad experience. The reception staff has changed since the time you were here. Because the hostel is owned by Korean people, there is some Korean staff, some of who are not fluent in english yet. There must had been a big misunderstanding, for which we sincerely apologise. We receive our gusts bookings via e-mail, and we have all their details from the website they have booked from. Thank you very much Frienz.com

Increase the time for breakfast. betweent 7-8 is not really that good. Cheap and clean. But everything else was fine Melissa, from Ireland ~ 24th Nov 2008
