Hostel located in the nice quiet neighborhood but still only 5 min walk from city center and only 10 min walk from the beach. Owners were very helpful by providing us the information about the city and they were really responsive for our questions. Breakfast was very comprehensive and a house cozy with nice backyard and a pool. Only negative thing was the quality of beds in a double room, but over all experience was really pleasant and we can recommend this to everyone visiting Viña del Mar. We arrived very early in the morning before the check in and Gisela and Carlos gave us coffee and cake. They were very kind to us. I recommend it because it is a nice please run by its owners and wonderful family. Emmanuel, from Argentina ~ 5th Jan 2012
