Mr. Ko is extremely helpful and understanding manager who manage very well. I'm sure you will feel like home and enjoy your trip in Seoul while staying in here.. Good place,nice facilites,the bathrooms are a bit in a need of change,beds are wide,big and comfy.The owner is NOT on site (no Reception but there is a phone to call him) and his english is quite limited ,so be prepared...Good net,wifi free washing machine!! etc. Attila, from Hungary ~ 5th Oct 2011

The staff was really cool and very friendly andhave created a home-like atmosphere, makes up for any inconveniences. you might find and well-located place to stay. The guests are a lot of fun Excellent experience!! I really had a good time, everyone made me feel at home. The room is nice, new and clean. I've traveled across Europe, Asia and America and this is my FAVORITE hostel ever! Cozy and friendly place. The best staff and quite simply the best value for money. It's not a hotel, but it's a perfect hostel and a wonderful place to come home to.The staff are very friendly and helpful (The host got up at 3am just to show me to a taxi and explain my destination to the driver!).It'sclean and cute and well located. If you stay at HEY Backpackers make sure it's Hey BP II - this one is the original and is a dump.The one staffer is never around, there's one bathroom for ALL the beds and it's filthy.I spent a night here and promptly left the next morning.Terrible! Juelles, from USA ~ 21st Aug 2011

Amazzzing! Absolutely loved this place. Met so many cool people, the HEY Backpackers is an ideal meeting spot and the cleanest hostel I have ever hostel. The professional staff was so friendly, helped me with booking my cheapest two kind of ticket in 10minutes which would have taken half a day if I did it myself.
