In five days, they never clean the room or made the beds. The staff didnt provide information about the distance to the NASA even when we asked they send us in bus but during weekends the bus is not running... so we had to pay a taxi (120 usd round trip !!!!) really not a very good experience!! HI Houston is a very nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff! neighbourhood is safe and very quiet. bus will take you to down-town in 10-15min many shops and restaurants/bars around very relaxing place. stephan, from Poland ~ 24th Feb 2012
