This was our first time staying in a Hostel and we had so much fun. We ended up buying an HI membership and look forward to spending more time at HI hostels around the world. The only negative was that one of the other guests in the mixed dorm snored so loud that both nights we had trouble sleeping. Ear plugs didn't even help. But other than that, the staff were awesome, the homemade bananna bread was yummy, and the location was breathtaking!!! We will for sure be back! Melina & Nicholas, from Canada ~ 14th Sep 2009

I had never stayed in a hostel before, so my experience as a first-time user was that it was very easy. I can think of no other accommodations that are easier to book, easy to get set up when you arrive - convenience all around. Hostels are a great service. This particular hostel is far away from the action, which has its advantages. But the cost for me to get there every night made it unaffordable. Richard, from Canada ~ 9th Aug 2009
