Hanoi Kangaroo Hostel en Hanoi, Vietnam

We had a wonderful time at this hostel. The rooms were big and cleaned every day. The included breakfast is very good (especially the fresh pineapple). The location of the hostel is perfect - walking distance to everything but it is also quiet outside at night. The staff were extremely friendly - we had booked for 7 nights but we decided to take a two-night trip to Ha Long Bay and they refused to let us pay for the two nights we weren't staying there. We got a warm welcome by Moon, the manager of the hostel. She is very capable to analyse peoples mood, as we arrived in the morning, very unpleasant, first thing we got was a smile of Moon and a fine breakfast. The hostel is good value for the money you pay! The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean (daily cleaning as well as new towels every day), location is perfect to reach every important place in Hanoi by feet > Old Quarter district. They helped us to book Ha-Long Bay as well as air Jens, from Germany ~ 22nd Dec 2011
