It was a really nice hostel, but the staff was never around. It seemed deserted most of the time.
Dear Jennifer, thank you for your rating and sorry for your disaffection with the staff. The reception is open nonstop minimum 12 or 14 hours a day. A anytime reachable telephone number for the time outside the opening time is on the entrance and at the reception, a phone box is 2 Minutes away and at the reception is a telephone, too. We had minimum 12 hours open through your stay. I think this is a good service for our guest. Hope you visit us again and assure yourself, Melany, Manager
