The heater of the hotel was broken during our staying, but the staff didn't inform us anything until we made a complaint. There were other guests making noises and smoking in the building causing our staying a nightmare. Poor experience we had. Hope the hotel could improve in the future. really good deal for your money. Its pretty much like getting a private room for a hostel dorm price. that said the hotel isnt anything close to a 5 star establishment, but its clean, has a tv, and there's a working private bathroom so no complaints here. monica, from USA ~ 4th Sep 2011

We booked a private room here very last minute, the night before arriving in Paris. I emailed them to make sure check in was 24 hours and they said yes, but then when showing up at around 1am we were told that we had to call by 11pm and they had given our room away. Luckily they had another room available, though it was not cleaned from the previous tenants, we took it anyways. just acceptable. thats all. elevator is suck. reception man sometimes kind. near the metro. but not that close to central city. but acceptable. just go down stair there are Mcdonald located. that's good. but wifi is suck. they lie to us. no wifi available in rooms. only robby area wifi. 8am-12pm. bad.
