Hobo Bear Hostel en Ho Chi Minh, Croacia

This is obviously not the cheapest hostel in Zagreb, but it is a pretty good one. The double rooms with shared bathroom are in a separate flat 150m from the actual hostel. The common areas in the flat are great and clean, internet works perfect. so it´s a really relaxed stay. the common areas in the hostel seems to be nice. although keep in mind that the actual hostel (where we didn´t stay) is in a basement, so no windows there. It has a very homey feel and nice decor. Common area was nice and they sell cheap drinks. Good wifi, no breakfast but a supermarket very close. The four-person room was a bit crowded, but big lockers kept our stuff out of the way. Stephen, from USA ~ 17th Oct 2011

I stayed 2 days in this hostel. The location is very good close to Dolac Market and the Upper Town. I actually walked from the train station to this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helful. It is a place to meet people thanks to the Happy Hours. The downside is that the dorm was on the street side. Marie.Line, from France ~ 1st Oct 2011

The hostel is even nicer in life than on photos. Cheerful, easygoing and perfectly speaking English staff, modern and cozy environment, surprisingly clean bathrooms and rooms. Acoustics is great, too, - slept like a baby without any noise from the street or from within the hostel. I will definitely stop by on my next visit to Zagreb - and you should, too!
