Such a gorgious place to stay friendly and helpfull stuff they are doing as best as they can just to make you happy and they are very informative about their country you gotta listen to em before thinking about going anywhere in addition of that they will offer ya some tours,you gotta pick this tours or at least Aswan and Luxor one..just cheap- great service and you will get what you pay for and much more,i'll definitely stay in it again if there's again in cairo Chiaki, from Japan ~ 11th Mar 2012

My wife and I arrived in Cairo exhausted after many hours of travel we were happy to be picked up by the helpful folks from the Hola Cairo hostel. The hostel is in a great location and last night we enjoyed a walk around the block, talking to kind Egyptians and drinking fresh mint tea. We recommend this hostel to any budget traveler we will certainly stay here again! Egypt is still open for tourists, despite all the changes, it is still a great place for holidays! Young, friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming and let us check in early which was great after a long coach ride. The rooms we stayed in were large and the hostel is clean throughout. The included breakfast is simple but tasty and does the job. The staff are good at recommending local places to go and were very helpful regarding our safety around tahir square etc. They also helped us to book a private tour round the pyramids which was very useful, hassle free and good value.
