Window could not be closed, so was very chilly and noisy. Matresses had holes at the bottom, so on a double deck bed you sometimes have dust falling from top bed to bottom. Win Jack, from Malaysia ~ 30th May 2012

Place isn't clean so much. Staff is normal but beds are a really old. Breakfast is only bad coffee and sandwich wich penut butter. Some drunk people were there but if you really need some sleep on hollywoodboulevard for $25 it's your choise.I was there and I'm alive :-) I think that better is sleep somewhere other for 35 dollars but in safe and clean environment Jakub, from Czech Republic ~ 11th Apr 2012

I wouldn't go back here..It was a least quality of accommodation I have had so far. I could see all of the slackness all over the place. Dirty rooms and bathrooms which definitely require renovation,, dodgy management.. Once I was locked out from the room.. My key didn't match with the lock.. I went to reception and ask the staff what was going on? He said they had just changed the lock of the door because last one was old. right in the center of everything, you get out of the hostel and step on the stars. the building is very old though and kinda smells like old people's house in the kitchen, but as a whole the hostel is clean. the dorms are quite small and are for 8 people. Marina, from Bulgaria ~ 16th Sep 2011

The hostel was different to the pictures, very dirty - the en suite bathroom was disgusting! we avoided the shower completely. The staff were helpful and nice, the location was also central, but would never go there again. Jessica, from England ~ 12th Sep 2011
