Charming building with a very calm yard. Close to services without being deranged by them. The only con is the big avenue passing in front. Otherwise the place has a nice character and hot water. Artur, from Canada ~ 19th Aug 2009

It's located in Miraflores, a fun part of Lima. Walking distance to a bunch of cool spots and you can take chicken buses from there to any part of the city. Breakfast was mediocre but the staff were helpful and nice. Eaman, from Iran ~ 30th Jun 2009

I stayed an extra day because the patio was too nice to walk away from this morning. It´s a wonderful hostel, one of the cleanist I´ve ever seen, and it feels very safe. I´ll be back in Lima in a couple of months and for sure will stay here again. Magenta, from Canada ~ 3rd Feb 2009

I had an excellent time at Home Peru. I would definitely recommend it to any travelers in Lima. The staff are all very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I felt right at home. Kahlua, the hostel dog, was very friendly also. Only a short walk to downtown Miraflores, and not a far walk from the beach either. I would definitely return if I am in Lima again.
