Start operate at 9am. It is inconvenient for those travelers reached early. Many flights reach Seoul around 6-7am. Where the travelers with huge luggage should go? 1) the location is excellent, right off the green line (the green line makes a circle of Seoul and connects to just about every other line very easily) 2) it was a perfect place for me to stay the night - clean and convenient, but if I wouldn't recommend it to someone staying longer.
