Hootananny Hostel en London, England

This hostel is THE hostel to be in London!!! The location is great, the people who are staying are really cool and super nice, the staff very helpful.... I was mean to stay 2 nights and I guess my stay will be much longer... Once you here, difficult to change!!! Music every night, very good Thai food almost every day plus one free meal for hosteller on tuesday and 20% off at the bar. Always someone to help you out... It is the Camden town of the South! Positive: the hostel is cheap, internet connection is good and free, big space in room, you can cook in the kitchen. Negative: poor breakfast, small lockers (not in the room), not so clean, I didn't like the location, it is not so far from the tube, but I didn't feel that safe in that area. There is a bar just under the rooms, so you can hear very good live music (even from your bed) every night. I only recommend this place to those who really want to save money. Not a great experience. If you like to party all night, every night... this place would be for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend you stay somewhere else. It was so loud even from the top floor every night until pretty late. As far as staff goes... the girl that worked there was very helpful and probably the only good thing about the hostel. Hootananny has a good vibe when it comes to (live) music. The room wasn't that clean, stale even. Weigh that against the atmosphere and you don't mind anymore. All and all we had a good stay.
