Small room but fair enough for the price. It was clean and the place was quiet!!! close to la gran via. staff really nice. Andrea, from USA ~ 4th Jul 2009

Bien situé mais décoration un peu triste (avec en prime un cadre de la vierge marie suspendue au dessus du lit..!). Mais accueil très chaleureux marran, from France ~ 8th Jun 2009

Exactly what my friends and I were looking for- a cheap and clean place to stay for the weekend. The room was extremely basic but we were really only there to sleep at night. This is a very small family run hostal, and while the staff doesn't speak much English they do their best to be helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out but we later found out that they just left it out in the hall. Not a problem but remember to take your valuables with you! Arroyo is like a small hotel, simple but nice. There is 24 hours reception and it is located in the center, near the Cathedral. I did not see any common-social area. Double room was nice, and bathroom big. Everything was extremly clean. Our room had TV and air conditioning, though we did not use it. I would raccomend this Hostel, good quality at a cheap price! michele, from Italy ~ 24th Oct 2009

nice, friendly older man owner...nice location very close to cathedral, royal chapel, gran via. room was fine, a little expensive for the space, but it was a place to sleep! sometimes had to wait for bathroom (shared between the floor) but no big problems. pretty views from terrace! a little expensive but seems like most hostels are like that in Granada Tejaswi, from USA ~ 5th Apr 2009
