This place was truly awful. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, with springs sticking out. Room smelled literally like sewage. Dark, cold. The breakfast consisted of small stale breads in packages, cold coffee, and rotten milk. We heard rats at night, and I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs, too.

We apologise because your stay was not what you expected. For Breakfast you can have coffee, juice and pastries (in no case put bread), you can use the microwave next to give the temperature you want and I can assure you, that milk is in perfect condition (more people have breakfast, including staff). Annually passing a control of insect so there are not rats or bugs in the beds. We found this comment very offensive. Thank you

I had a double room which was comfy enough, it had it's own sink, and the shared bathroom was never a problem it was never occupied, breakfast is included and the staff were lovely! All good!! Ailsa, from England ~ 9th Sep 2009

this hostel was good enough, it worked for what i needed, but if i was staying for any longer than 2 nights i probably wouldn't have been a huge fan anymore. it's about a 10-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor, which can be inconvenient at times, and character-wise it's nothing special. i was afraid to shower in the bathrooms so i didn't. it was so damn cold in the first room so we complained and it was way too hot in the other room.There was nothing to do plus it was no really clean in the hotel but it was just 10 min away from city center by foot. Not too bad but I do not really recommand... B-Cote, from Canada ~ 25th Jan 2009
