The breakfast was simple, coffee, tea and toast (i think that,s normal for what you pay for a room).There was no hot water. The enviorment and the owner make everything perfect. What a perfect place, beautiful building on a good location. The owners are really friendly and give a lot of information. Pretty basic, but you get what you pay for here.Some nice touches like pool table and a small pool.Staff are friendly. It's a pretty small property, so noise can travel easily.Hot water would be nice too! Kristy, from Scotland ~ 24th Dec 2011
