this is in a perfect position, 5/10 mins walk from the train station, close to all the sights, shops etc! the staff were wonderful and very helpful. They were doing alot of work outside so it is quiet noisy in the morning but otherwise very good

Benefits: Very centralized location, in the heart of Florence.
Disadvantages: Even at night it's a noisy place. Bed is not comfortable. No towels(they can rent you a towel for 2 euros).
No shampoo, no soap (fortunately I brought this stuff)

The Hostel Veronique is located in the city centre near a marked.. They start working at the marked at 05.30 and it was very noisy and we had to sleep with the window closed the whole night. There was a fan but it sounded like an WW2 bomber that was about to take off. Because off the heat and noise outside during the night we didnt get that much sleep. The room and bathrooms were clean enough, and the staff was friendly, but the best part was the location. It was less than a 5 minute's walk from all of the sites of central florence. No extras, like breakfast or a common room, but I wasnt really looking for that when I went.
