Hostel Bambu Mini en Split, Argentina

Great hostel - very laid back atmosphere yet attentive and knowledgable staff. Breakfast was small but delicious. All the shared parts - kitchen, bathroom, patios - all very clean and well kept. Overall an incredibly quiet place, there was no late partying or obscene noise. Location is in a quiet part of the town as well but still within 5 min walking distance to the bus station and all the shops/restaurants. Wifi was decent signal most of the time. We liked this place. The staff were super helpful about trips to Iguazu, best value (i.e. get on the local bus!) and best route round the parks to avoid the majority of the crowds. Nice chilled out atmosphere, and good breakfast. Donia, from New Zealand ~ 9th Mar 2012

They say it's close to the busstation which is true, but 2/3 blocks of walking basically means you're on the other side of town. You can use the swimming pool of the other bamboo hostel which is nice!

It was a great location, close to the town. It was also really close to the cataratas, about a 20 minutes bus ride. The people are very friendly, big kitchen, they have a mini bar there which is cool. The hostel is like a dorm so 10 beds in a room, but you also have the opportunity to rent a private room. big showers and good breakfast. They really help you find things to do when you first check in. Over all, I would visit again, but I would probably get a private room instead. Christopher, from USA ~ 3rd Jan 2012
