There is no one on staff at this location which makes it very difficult to check in. You need to check in at a different Hostel Condesa Chapultapec which is about 1 km away near Parque Espana. There is no water pressure in the showers and breakfast is just toast, cereal and a banana. However the location is nice. It's in a quiet neighborhood and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. At $40 per night for a private room it's way overpriced for what you get. You can stay at a descen

there is 24hr hot water with presure and there is no miss understandig, yes we serve continental breackfast, we are sorry that you were expecting Hotel service by staing in a hostel were people go out of the rooms to meet other travelers and exchange tips and trip experiences.
