Hostel Dioklecijan en Split, Croatia (Hrvatska)

Rooms are over several locatiions and we were up five flights of stairs.The cigarette smoke from the bottom flat penetrated all the way up to us so the flat smelt of smoke all the time.I was never able to access their website so the information I had about the place was sketchy.I had to ring to find out how to reach the hostel by car.The flat had a tiny kitchen(which was a bonus)but apart from crockery and cutlery it hsd no cooking pots, no kettle and no toaster.
