We booked 2 weeks in advance and the week prior to arrival, I sent an e-mail to confirm and never received a reply. Upon arrival, my reservations weren't honored. They sent us to another hostel with poorer accomodations in which we had to share beds and they wanted to charge us more. The other hostel wasn't notified that we were coming. Very unprofessional and inconvenient reception at this hostel. We arrived in Milan at 7 pm and because of these issues we didn't get checked into the other hoste Sarah, from USA ~ 1st Nov 2009

There is a big difference between web presentation and reality!!! We didn't slept there. They offered us for small room with 4 beds, in the front of the reception! Absolutelly dissatisfied :( Marek, from Slovakia ~ 26th Oct 2009

Le personnel de l'hostel n'est pas du tout sympathique. Leur chien Diablo l'est davantage...Il y avait beaucoup de melange dans l'attribution des chambres du a une mauvaise gestion. Je devais avoir une chambre a 4 lits et j'en ai eu une a 3. Mais c'etait plutot une chambre a 2 lits avec un lit d'appoint face a la porte...pas tres confo! Je devais debourser 39,60 et on me chargeait un euro de plus sur place. Ce n'est pas la fin du monde en soit mais on paie le montant inscrit sur le sit Marc-Andre, from Canada ~ 28th Aug 2009

This place was terrible, first of all it took me 3 hours to find it! The room was right next to the foyer and the staff were up late and really loud. Far outside of milano, they overbooked so they sent us to another hostel (b&b that was seemingly better than Greco) that was another 45 min commute. Not good reception and would not recommend it. Sean, from USA ~ 12th Jun 2009

It took me around 4 hours to find it!(the information on the e-mail they sent me about how to get there was not updated; the bus stops changed and the e-mail directed me to the old bus stop)When i was finally able to find the place they told me they were over booked and i had to be redirected to another hostal! The person who attended me wasn't able to speak proper english nor spanish and i had to find my way to the next hostal. Hostals who overbook should be penalized. I got to this hostel in the exact time that I was supposed to show up when I booked. However, when I showed up I was told that they "overbooked" even though I had made reservations almost three months in advance. I had to wait almost an hour to go to the next "hostel" that they set me up with because of their mistake. The hostel was basically a low end room in an apartment.
