I feel well in this hostel, the room was clean, the hostel is not far away from metro station, so you can very easy to visit all you wish in vienna,i don't like because they don't give me a receipt from the reception. Why??? they don't answer me!!!

Tons of large asian groups and schoolkids (loud & dirty), really far from downtown, close enough to subway, bathrooms are large and can be dirty (bugs), free internet, big breakfast, lockers in room (need padlock).

Lots of older people stayed here, even in the dorms. The hostel was at the end of a metro line, so not very conducive to going out. Bathrooms could've bee cleaner.

O Albergue e excelente, mesmo. Foi o melhor que eu ja parei na Europa. Uma dica,se voce vem da Italia nao precisa ir ate a estacao Westbanhof, pode descer diretamente na Hutteldorf.

Big and fancy (by hostel standards), kind of like a hotel with dorms. Probably a good place for groups - as a solo girl, felt kind of isolated and sad and far from everything - no lounge, no nearby bars, etc. Also, someone stole my trainers. But the breakfast was good...

Very very helpful staff. Beautiful but remote location, and really not that much to do at the hostel itself. Clean, quiet, secure - I'll come back some other time :)

Staff was great. Hostel is 20 minutes by train from downtown Vienna. And there's a bitch of a hill to climb to get to it. Place was very clean and new. I would stay there again. Oh, the free breakfast was awesome. Free Internet too.

Pretty far from town, but not too far of a walk from the underground. We had to ask for directions once we got off, though. When we stayed, there were a lot of younger kids which was a little bothersome.

Serving breakfast late, and allowing a later checkout would improve the experience by a significant degree. 11 or 12 would be reasonable, but having to eat and checkout before 9 is too early to feel good the next day. I thought having breakfast included was nice until they hauled it out past me as I walked into the cafeteria at 9.
