Hostel Kaktus en Prague, Czech Republic

This place had an awesome location, cheap rates etc but hostel owner was pretty cold to us and make sure that you get up pronto to get your free breakfast! Jenell, from Canada ~ 12th Oct 2009

We liked very much Kaktus. It sounded like "home". It's not luxurious, but for the price it was good(it had everything we needed) Big room, nice breakfast and it also have a kitchen with microwave and everything!!! I recommend it. Ines, from Portugal ~ 22nd Aug 2009

We stayed at this hostel for a week, in the pink double room. The room was clean, as was the rest of the place. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. You get given the key to the room (after a small deposit, which is returned when you check out) and it's not disturbed until you've left. The staff are nice, as are the dogs. Great location, only about a twenty minute walk to Josefov, and less to old town. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Prague. Ruby, from England ~ 25th Jul 2009

We stayed here for only one night, but the room ( pink!) was very nice and clean.. There are 2 toilets , one is small, and the Mr. George, the hosteller, was nice ;-) There is a kitchen and a common room. There are only two problems: one room have the door in the common room and early in the morning, if anyone talks you listen ALL..and there insn´t an elevator, but it´s near the metro ( 1 min. ) At all..is good..maybe we´´ll return :-D Giulia & Gilberto from Rome, Italy Gilberto, from Italy ~ 19th Jul 2009
