The place was welcoming, staff talkative and helpful but there were no keys for the rooms and the lockers small.The front door was open all day so it seemed to lack security, though in Playa, it appears not to be much of an issue. This was a really active hostel with all sorts of attractions for partiers. There was some kind of club, maybe upstairs or nearby that played really loud music all night long. Vibrating the bed-loud. This hostel is terrific!! It has a very good location and the people is excellent, specially Coco who always help us! They have ladies night every night in the pool area and after we go all together to the bests clubs of Playa. Well I thought this was an awesome hostel with lots going on and plenty of facilities. I did not like Playa though so I recommend you go elsewhere i.e. tulum or isla de mujeres. matthew, from England ~ 27th Jul 2011
