Só achei ruim a questão da reserva ser cancelada caso você não responda o e-mail enviado por eles, normalmente apenas reservar pelo hostels e pagar os 10% no cartão já garante a reserva. Mas cheguei de madrugada e a minha reserva havia sido cancelada por não ter respondido a um e-mail enviado pela adm do hostel. Carla, from Brazil ~ 4th Nov 2009

They put to me dirty linens with yellow stains on my bed. The towels were black, yellow and a little white. Cleanliness was very poor in this hostel. The other bad point is the noise of the doors. suggestions:(not very expensive) doors slamming: remove the closing spring from the elevator's doors and or add some rubber shock absorber. elect plug: adding at least one multistandard plug in each room will be enough.-do not disturb others signs everyvhere could improve behaviour of youg guys.........
