Location is very good very close to Dam Square, we took a 3 private room so security was not an issue.. room was very small.. had a big window,, bed was very weak... coffee shop down stairs was nice and friendly Mohamed, from Egypt ~ 19th Oct 2011

This hostel is the worst place that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom not very clean and bad smells in toilet and halls. Sheets and towels not very clean. It has a great location, but could do with a renovation and bring it into the 21st century. Ian, from Australia ~ 19th Jun 2011

The hostel was disgusting and unsanitary. We bought a 5 person room and there was a random person in the room when we got there. We saw a mouse and tried to check out and they would not give us our money back and were VERY rude. Not to mention the STEEP ass NARROW ass stairs that you can barely breath in. The shower- Would not touch it with a ten foot pole. The bathroom- smells disgusting and there is no sink or soap. Literally, this place needs a health inspection ASAP.I plan on pushing further Julie, from USA ~ 4th Apr 2011
