Fantastic view, cute small little breakfast, great kitchen, owner was really fun and friendly and has 2 little dogs. Sitting in a hammock on the porch looking out onto the ocean feels like paradise.
Small problem: had bats in between the ceiling and the roof so the room smelled like bat piss the WHOLE time. It was awful and the owner really didn't offer to do ANYTHING about it, despite the fact that most of the other rooms were empty since it was the low season. A change of room would have

great view from this hostel. My boyfriend and I had a private room which ended up being a private suite, which was great. We had a great view from the balcony and tons of fun. Walking distance away from the bus stop, but the beach is certainly a long walk

The staff was fantastic. They were kind and very knowledgeable about what to do while in Manuel Antonio. The view from the hostel terrace is breath taking at sunset and ambiance is very inviting. I highly recommend it!

I was kept awake until 3 in the morning by noisy frat boy types playing beer pong. Which I complained about to the staff, but nothing was done. Plus my reservation got accidentally canceled and we almost didn't get a room in the first place.

HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!! We stayed at the hostel for three nights in a private room with a shared bathroom. This type of room is great for couples or groups travelling together. It was very laid back and relaxing and we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets from the balcony and hammocks every night. Can't wait to go back!

The hostel's staff was very warm and welcoming from my first moment there, and even helped arrange a flight for me. Best part of my whole C.R. trip was watching the sun set from a hammock on the hostel's back porch. However, what was advertised as a two-bed room on Hostels.com turned out to be a four-bed room. Not sure if it was false advertising or an honest mistake, but they could have owned up to the problem a little more rather than blame it on the website. All in all, though, one of the bes
