By far, the best hostel I have ever stayed at. This place is run by a guy named Alvaro who will do anything for his guests. Very friendly and trusting. I lost my ATM card in the laundry and they totally found me in their directory and gave it back. Kitchen access, bar, free wifi, very cheap laundry service, bbq, tv with dvds and playstation. This hostel has a warm 'home' feel to it. Not a place out to rip you off. Not as lively as the Traveler's hostel on the other side of town but defina Shawn, from USA ~ 8th Sep 2009

Overall I would recommend this hostel. I had booked several nights at this hostel, and one night upon returning, someone had taken my bed. Long story short the staff resolved the issue, but they made me feel like I was putting them out of their way. I was however very impressed with the cleanliness of the hostel. Perfect place to stay! We stayed in one of the larger dorms which was clean and cozy, no bunk beds. Bathrooms were clean and showers ok, water pressure wasn´t always at its best. Staff was really friendly and helpful. At the restaruant next door you get amazing food for a good prices. I recommend this place! Erik, from Sweden ~ 8th Jul 2009

25 Kc croissant & coffee across the street in the deli was nice way to start the day off. Comfortable beds. Nice location on the river; Krumlov is so small that everything is within walking distance. Shower drains needed cleaning. Stephany, from USA ~ 18th Jun 2009
