Hostel was fine but SO hard to find. Directions were not helpful at all, especially with construction blocking the view of the Chinese restaurant from the train station. For tourists who do not know Amsterdam (most of your customers, I assume), it is very hard to find a hostel without directions or an address. There are concessions to be made since this is a boat: tight quarters being the major one- rats on the pier next to it being another. None on the boat itself thankfully, and the ship was very clean, the staff friendly- but since the tight quarters etc, it was rather hot inside and on account of the rats on the pier, I was a bit hesitant to leave my window open. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The rooms are just for sleeping and for luggage because they are pretty small. If you are okay with that and if you don't get seasick too easily (there are no big waves, so the ship is barely wobbling because of the water) , then the rest is perfect.
