Hotel Artua'&Solferino en Turin, Italy

I sent you a mail before my trip because in fact breakfast was not included whereas it's not said in your site when I booked the room. It's a lying advertisment and at the hotel, I can't see people of the reception, so they didn't take it in consideration, so no breakfast. Well, it's not really a hotel, we had what I would describe as an apartment but with no cooker! Apart from at check-in and check-out, we did not see a single member of staff or a single other guest. Great room, wonderful, comfortable and huge bed, location is perfect, very peaceful.... The website said breakfast in included but it isn't if you have a standard room, which I think is a bit of a con and was a bit disappointed, especially since the hotel is not exactly cheap.
