Hotel Falken en Salamanca, Suiza

Location was very good, 5 mins walk to station and near the lake. Room was quite small and absolutely left no space to move around for the amt they charged. Room was very hot and a small table fan was provided which was of no use. When we asked to reduce central heating, the staff refused and told us to pay 20 franks/night more to provide additional AC. Also the room was not very well cleaned and used glasses were not taken out (or cleaned). Shashank, from India ~ 29th Aug 2011
