They missed our reservation (thought we suppose to come in the next day) so we were put in the 4th floor without elevator. The room was very hot, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the remote for the TV didn't work. We will not recommend any one to go there. Neta, from Israel ~ 8th Jul 2011
