The address is right, but it is not Hannover, it is near it, so correct yours navigation system by post code. Place is very nice, stuff is very good and free wifi. There is no only elvator. Evgeniya, from Russia ~ 10th Feb 2012

The staff wasn't there when we got there but the lady across the street knew then and called and got us in. When they did get there they where extremly nice and acomidating Kyle, from Canada ~ 20th Sep 2011
