The location is good-15 min walk from the Central Station and 15 min from the Duomo and 5 min from corso Buenos aires.The bathroom isvery small. During summer they should give the remote control for the air conditioning, but as overall everythinhg was fine. Teodora, from Bulgaria ~ 17th Jul 2011

DO NOT STAY HERE!We arrived at 9:30 pm, and were shown a hot, dirty room that had faulty wiring so that the lights were blinking.We reported the problem, but rather than offer us another room, they sent up a couple boys with a ladder and a light bulb(??) to fix it.We asked for another room, and while I went to check it, the desk clerk told my companion that whether or not we accepted the room, she had our VISA number, and would charge us for both nights!!!Meanwhile, in the room I noticed that t Elizabeth, from USA ~ 24th Jun 2011

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! (and i have travelled most of europe) do not stay here!! the shower is at the end of the bed like it was a brothel, dirty toilet down the hall, there was an air conditioner but they would not give us the remote and same situation with wifi, very dirty and felt unsafe, would pay double the price to avoid such a disgusting hotel if they can even call themselves one!!!!!
