I really like this hotel, unfortunaly i was only 1 night but the staff was very polite and helpfull, the breakfast was very good. But the direcction it was a little confused at the first time,i had to ask to find the way. The room was very good, with amenities and air conditionet, and the view of the room was nice!! They did the whole "our credit card machine is broken" trick for three days so you have to pay in cash. However, when checking out (I warned them the night before I had to leave early and offered to pay that night), they had no change and tried to make me pay more because they couldn't give me the change I needed. I protested and it was eventually sorted out but if you are going to make people pay cash, you should be able to give change. Emily, from Australia ~ 8th Jul 2011
