Go there for cleanliness, location and value for money! Don't go there for character/atmosphere/facilities. No reading lights, warm shower is uncertain, no real living room where travellers can meet comfortably. Though I can't say he's the best personnel I've met so far, I somehow liked Paco, the receptionnist (reserved but a good lad). If you really need a good view, go to Sultan Hostel instead! I have had a lovely time at the Istanbul hostel it s centrally located, the staff are wonderfully helpful and I have had a fantastic time staying here, I would definitely reccommend it Aqeela, from South Africa ~ 27th Jul 2011
