Large hostels end up being not as friendly or nice to stay at, because they have so many people staying there time after time asking the same questions, that they become less willing to go above and beyound for the average backpacker. Not to mention toast, jam, coffee, and tea- not exactly breaking the budget when it comes to breakfast- it would be nice if they had offered something else along with that.
