I made a mistake choosing a mixed room even though that was my only choice at the moment since everything else was booked. I was stock in a room with an older Asian man who was pretty scary and made crazy noises all night long (coughing, moaning, talking in rage, burping, etc). I didn't get any sleep, I was truly scared. When I talk to the front desk staff in the morning, they told me the man had insomnia problems and that he was coughing over the food earlier. in the one of the bathrooms on 3rd floor was missing mirrow, which probably someone could find from friends for free, just if someone would have some initiative to improve the facility. Generally it is confusing that in US the VAT has to be added to the price. In Germany it is not like that and in Latvia too, I think in Russia too and in many other former soviet countries. You should allow to be at least in the lounge in anytime you want. Doen't make any sense to not have wi-fi in rooms, and to have a time limit to use it outside. Most people doesn't know anything about the city and must plan each day they'll have.
