We made a reservation online and when we got there, they didn't have the reservation but that was ok because they found us a room and charged us the cheaper fee that we had seen online! Everyone was really friendly and apologized for the mistake. We made a call to the front desk about the tub and someone was sent to our room in 2 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel!
