the staff working there was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Not many hostels come with a towel and a hairdryer included in it's rate, but this one did. Also, there is a market and a delicious gelato place right next to it. I would definately come back. christy, from USA ~ 8th Feb 2012

A small and warm hostel. Good localisation, just 15 minutes from the duomo by walk and 30s from subway and tram ! Staff was very kind, they showed us where to have aperitivo and dinner. The people in charge of the hostels are very helpful and friendly. when we got there the girl that was there explained the city map, recommended restaurants, and shopping areas. The hostels is right outside porta venezia metro station. Its really close to via Buenos Aires shopping area. the hostels is very clean. there is always someone taking care of it. there is air condition in the common areas. This hostel is one of the most pleasant small hostels I've ever been to. It's very close to the city centre, clean and with friendly atmosphere. For that money in Milan, you can hardly get better. Anyway, they need to solve several issues, such as number of electric slots in the rooms, renew the clima system (what they're currently doing, as I was told by the boss) and introduce electric keys. Awesome hostel! Once you find it (which is actually really easy if you can figure out their directions), you immediately feel at home. The staff was the nicest ive ever encountered.
