Fine, if you just need a place to stay, didn´t have a particular character but maybe this was because it was very quiet while we were there. Owner was nice. The hot water was a bit hit-and-miss. petra, from South Africa ~ 6th Oct 2009

Excellent staff and a very comfortable hostel, if a little quiet. Showers take a little effort, but they work with hot water. Location is fine, just far enough away to let you get a good night's sleep but close enough so that the plaza is always a 5 minute walk. Josh, from USA ~ 14th Jul 2009

We had an excellent stay at the Posada del Montonero. The location is great, close to downtown without being in the fray. The hosts were a huge help with ideas and recommendations. The posada itself is very comfortable and economical. We felt totally at home. Heather, from USA ~ 28th Feb 2009

Una posada muy bien ubicada a unas cuadras de la plaza de armas (centro). empleos muy agradables que te ayudan todo el tiempo (estan aca 24h/24) con cualquier problema (visitas, transporte, restaurantes etc.) Precio muy economico para estudiantes con pequeño presupuesto, camas muy comodas, agua caliente, internet.
