I booked the main (and most expensive) suite of the hostel thinking that it would be the high point of our stay in Morocco though I was a bit disappointed by our room (different than the pictures, no hot water, one light not working). The staff is friendly the hostel is colorful, really nice and ideally located but the value for money is not that good. It's probably better to stay in dorms there. NB: we were asked 4 times per day to write a comment on hostels.com which is boring at the en Raoul, from USA ~ 21st Jan 2012

A beautiful old building with rather eclectic decorations, and a nice location in terms ofthe proximity to Djemaa el Fna and the medina, though you might have to have some one show you where it is. I stayed in the 8 bed dorm room, but as I was the only person in the hotel, it hardly mattered (if you're looking for a happening place full of fellow travelers, maybe it is lacking in that regard). The included breakfast was simple but good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Not fancy, but a Philip, from USA ~ 7th Apr 2011
