Staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was great...but i wouldn't recommend cooking in the kitchen and we had lots of bugs in our bed. privates have a/c and is about a 15 min walk to the beach. I stayed only 10 minutes. They forgot my booking and gave me an \"unreachable bed\" in a dirty room. The staff wsa very not kind ! Alexandre, from Switzerland ~ 10th Jan 2009

We did not have hot water, the sink was broken, despite asking at time of reservation our room was on the street side making it impossible to sleep. Still a good breakfast, nice rooms and quite cleaned. Pamela, from Italy ~ 19th Jan 2009

You get what you pay for. There was lots of confusion with beds, it wasnt that clean, shower was small, could not shut the door whilst going to the toilet and a village type feel (not in a good way). However, had a good social vibe. Natalie, from Australia ~ 3rd Jan 2009

This hostel has a great location, just across the street from the Tulum ruins. The stalls in the shared bathroom are too small and the shower stalls need curtains and better drains on the bathroom floor. GARY, from USA ~ 7th Jan 2009
