Was pleasently surprised with this place, the room was kind of small but very nice at the same time, the bathroom was, in my opinion, very good, and the TV provided, LCD, was just as good. B'fast was simple but plenty to start off the day and the location could not have been any better, quiet but just 1min walk from a huge shopping mall and every form of restaurant and fast food place you can think of. Also its 3 mins away from bayswater station and 5 mins away from queensway station and hyde pa

The london house was EXCELLENT. Its a very affordable hotel. The twon room we had was perfect with its own bathroom and flatscreen tv. The room was VERY VERY clean as was the hotel. Breakfast was free and there was unlimited toast and cereal, coffee, tea, juice.... internet, and lockers. It was a GREAT hotel, and i would definately stay again. PERFECT location. 2-3 mins from the Bayswater and Queensway stations which take you anywhere.... really a great place.

Dusty rooms and sawdust everywhere because of work being done outside. A lot of noise between 08-17. Breakfast was nice.

This is not a good hotel. There were no locks on street level windows, and when I complained to reception they gave me some BS story. I wouldn't recomend this hotel. You will be disapointed, believe me. Too many other things to nag about.

located very good by Bayswater Station (Circle and District Lines), in walking distance from Kensington Gardens.
Breakfast okay.
Our room was really small with almost no furniture and a dirty carpet and when we arrived we had to turn on the heat first because it was freezing in there. Bathroom recently made new, so that was good.

The breakfast was not good at all, I expected at least a breakfast were you are able to choose. But toast and jam and some coffee is not wat I call an English breakfast.
It is stated on the website site that we offer complimentary continental breakfast
