A very legit place to rest your head at night. Beautiful pink radiator and bidet in the room was a plus. Lillian, from USA ~ 18th Nov 2011

Good place if you want to spare some money. The hotel is very old and need some renovations. The room was cleaned every morning, but one morning the clean lady forgot to lock the door of our room after cleaning it. :( There are some bakeries around the hotel and the best: a SUPERMARKET really close to it!!! The metro station is also close... It's not a place to spend a honeymoon, but i recommend it... :) Julio, from Brazil ~ 8th Nov 2011

I think this hostel is not supposed to be. I've been locked in the shower, without being about to open the door. The sheets of the bed were not clean. The window couldn't be closed. Ségolène, from France ~ 24th Aug 2011

This hotel was perfect for me: a private room for a few days at the cost of a hostel. Yes, it's a bit run-down, but it's clean, and I loved the atmosphere. Fantastic location: off rue Oberkampf, near Place de la Republique, and walking distance from Bastille. In fact, many tourist sights were in walking distance. The neighbourhood is great: near two metro stations, multiple metro lines, bars, restaurants, a boulangerie, and a supermarket. Not recommended for women traveling alone, though. The Hotel doesn't have a lift, so i had to go up 5 floors with my luggage. The room was too dusty and the bathroom smell was not good. Mein, from China ~ 17th Aug 2011

If I ever visit Paris again i will for sure stay here again. The staff was very nice to us and helped us with what metrostations we should avoid at night. The only bad thing to say is that sometimes a group of men sat in the commonroom and talked to the staff. we didn´t know if they stayed at the hostel, if they worked there, or if the were just hanging out. If you travel 2 girls alone you feel wird about entering a room filled with men. It did´n feel natural to sit in the commonroom and relax Marlene, from Denmark ~ 12th Aug 2011

Excellent hostel for people who are looking for a clean, quiet place to get some restful sleep. If you're looking for a party hostel, you might be disappointed. They're accommodating to needs, have great clean bathrooms with soap and towels provided (private rooms), a small shared kitchen, TVs in the rooms, and free wi-fi (a bit finicky). The location is well-connected by Metro. Luna Park felt like a home away from home for me and my fellow travelers. Would recommend highly. Cindy, from USA ~ 21st Jul 2011

Directions to get to the hostel need to be given in the web page, or included in maps. It is very difficult to get there. Justina Sofía, from Argentina ~ 22nd Jul 2011

It's probably the worst looking building in the suburb and the inside isn't much better. Having said that it was cheap and close to the city and train stations. Heaps of good food around that area. There is no lift and we were on the second floor so getting our luggage up was a little bit of a task. You get what you pay for these days and we where happy enough with this place Adrian, from Australia ~ 17th Jun 2011
