Everything was great. It was clean, the location was a big plus next to the central train station and the metro junction. The staff was very helpful and kind. Only thing that they really need are lockers in the rooms. Sotirios, from Greece ~ 8th Nov 2009

I did not read the rating on this hostel as I had to book a bed really quickly and needed to be right next to Termini Station. Location was perfect for this however I would never stay in this hostel again. I cannot describe how disgusting the bathrooms were.... putrid is one word!!! The rooms also had no air-con, even though on the ad it says there is!!!! The heat was unbearable. Also no lift and so walking up 4 flights of stairs with a heavy backpack was not fun! Avoid this hostel at all costs! Anna, from Australia ~ 21st Aug 2009

Our room was very noisy (streetfront), no ladders for the upper beds, and a shabby shower. Long waiting for check-in. No elevator, had to climb up the 3rd floor with the suitcases. I wonder who gave the "best hostel" title to this place at all. sarolta, from Hungary ~ 6th Aug 2009
