Had a very good stay and would stay there again.The walk into the old part of town is about 20 minutes and it is a safe walk. The immediate neighborhood isn't interesting but I hadn't planned to spend my time there anyway.Staff was great and answered lots of questions, the room was comfortable and clean (and it was possible to open the windows!), and they toilet room being seoerate from the shower room ensuite is an excellent design.Breakfast was good.I was able to use the washer/dryer. When we realized that the card issued does not allowed us to get into our room, we had to go back to the counter to check with the staff.The staff instead of apologizing for the error, insisted that she told us the correct room number when the room number stated on the key card shows otherwise! WIFI is not provided in all hotel rooms and we even have to pay for it.Though this is one of the best hostel that we've stayed, we are disgusted by the service of the staff (a lady)! It was a nice and clean place, but is run more like a hotel and less like a hostel. I found it difficult to meet people. Not the place to stay if you're a solo traveler and looking for social things. This was a great place to stay. Free wifi in the lobby...music and pool tables makes it a great place to have a beer or coffee and relax. It was short walk from shops and sights...
