No hot water in a weather of snow!!! - Before we came we asked about hot water and they promiss it will be!! No english speeking Irit, from Israel ~ 20th Apr 2012

During our stay, the rooms were freezing and the bathroom sinks only had ice cold water. The showers did not always have hot water in the morning. There was no hot water for us to drink either. A cup of tea cost 12RMB. The facilities were falling apart and the room felt like a jail cell with no windows. We had a miserable experience. Christopher, from USA ~ 6th Apr 2012
